Efficient assistance guaranteed
In this business segment, the main customer is Unitel, where DESCO has around 340 generators supplying the transmission towers and stores in Luanda and Bengo. We also had a contract with Movicel for 15 years to supply energy to sites and stores across the country that ended in 2020.
Since January 2022, we have started a business relationship with Africell through Sanel, an associated company.
Monitoring of generators 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via the internet, through our operations control center with sophisticated equipment and a fleet of GPS-controlled technical assistance vehicles
Assistance fleet consisting of 4x4 pick-up vans, equipped with oil, water and respective high pressure pumps, air compressor, diesel, tools, spare parts, etc. Of these, some units have a 10 kW generator
Approximately 150 workers, of which about 50 are technicians with specific training in generators
Diesel distribution, with 8 tanker trucks
Crane trucks and tractor/semi-trailer sets with Hammarlift equipment for the transport of generators
Warehouses, each with 1,100 m2, fully equipped workshop, parts store and a training center
Operating facilities in Viana with approximately 31,000 m2, where all activities related to generators and parts are processed: reception of containers, storage, preparation, delivery, maintenance and repair
Diesel storage and purification plant cisterns of 35,000 liters each
